Child Protection Advanced Social Worker

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Child Protection Advanced Social Worker to join its client’s Family Safeguarding Service, where collaborative, relationship‑based practice and early intervention are at the heart of driving meaningful and lasting change for children and families. What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver high‑quality child protection practice, ensuring children’s safety, welfare and lived experiences remain at the centre of all decision‑making
  • Apply the Family Safeguarding Model to work collaboratively with partner agencies, supporting families to achieve meaningful and lasting change
  • Build strong, reflective relationships with children, families and professionals, even where situations are complex and challenging
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement, sharing your expertise to influence practice, decisions and positive outcomes

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Keep children firmly at the centre of your practice at all times
  • Bring strong statutory social work skills alongside care, curiosity and professional confidence
  • Be committed to learning, development and reflective practice

Candidates must be fluent in the English language, as required under Part 7 of the Immigration Act, for the effective performance of a customer‑facing role.

Required Qualifications: To be eligible for this role, you must be a qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.

To be eligible for this role, you must be a qualified Social Worker with registration with Social Work England.
