Advanced Practitioner - Safeguarding Team
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Advanced Practitioner for its client's Safeguarding Team at Bolton.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Children's Social Worker looking to take on a leadership role within frontline safeguarding services while continuing to make a significant impact on outcomes for children and families.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Support and mentor Social Workers within the Safeguarding Team.
- Provide guidance on complex child protection and court cases.
- Promote high-quality practice and ensure statutory requirements are met.
- Assist Team Managers with performance, quality assurance, and practice development.
- Lead on complex assessments, risk management, and intervention planning.
- Work collaboratively with children, families, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England Registration.
- Qualified Social Worker status.
- Significant experience within Children's Safeguarding Services.
- Strong knowledge of Child Protection, Care Proceedings, and relevant legislation.
- Experience supporting practitioners and developing best practice.
