Liquid Personnel are proud to be supporting Gloucestershire County Council in recruiting Family Help Social Workers and Senior Social Workers to join their teams in Forest of Dean, Cotswolds, & Stroud on a permanent basis.

• Salary of £40,444 - £42,123 per annum for Social Workers and £43,149 - £48,738 per annum for Senior Social Workers (depending on experience)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Hold a caseload of children and families, providing support from assessment through to permanence planning
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with children, families and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
• Work alongside specialist services and community partners to provide the right support at the right time
• Deliver relationship-based and systemic social work practice within a multi-agency Family Help model

 

For This Role You Will Need

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, CQSW, CSS or equivalent) and completed ASYE
• Registration with Social Work England
• Experience working within statutory Children’s Social Care
• Driving licence and access to transport
