Social Worker - Looked After Children

Bolton

Liquid Personnel is looking for an experienced Social Worker to join their Looked After Children Team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Bolton.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive local authority committed to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people in care. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of looked after children, completing statutory visits, care planning, permanency planning, and working closely with families, carers, and partner agencies.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will:

  • Qualified Social Worker
  • Social Work England Registration
  • Experience working within a Looked After Children Team
  • Strong assessment, care planning, and court work skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively within a multi-agency environment

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
