
Inside Sales Representative (Data Center)

POSITION SUMMARY
As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will drive LiquidStack’s Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy by engaging, qualifying, and nurturing relationships within the GLOBAL TOP 75 STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS, with a primary focus on the GLOBAL TOP 10 OPPORTUNITIES. Reporting to the Global Commercial Director, you will be responsible for developing leads, delivering impactful sales presentations, understanding client needs, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, high-volume outreach capabilities, and a results-driven approach to converting leads to customers. You will collaborate with the global sales and marketing team to expand LiquidStack’s customer base in liquid cooling solutions across Data Centers, Edge, and High-Performance Computing (HPC).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Mapping: Identify key decision-makers, map organizational structures, and assess buying readiness using BANTS (Budget, Authority, Need, Time).
- Targeted Outreach: Develop personalized engagement strategies through emails, calls, and social media interactions.
- Lead Qualification & Scheduling: Respond promptly to inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for Regional Commercial Managers (RCMs).
- Account Expansion: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including in-person interactions at LiquidStack’s manufacturing facility.
- Sales Support: Assist in drafting sales quotes and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Event Representation: Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and events as needed.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing to develop tailored content and campaigns.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and Salesforce, providing weekly updates on account progress.
- Feedback Loop: Provide insights to improve ABM campaign effectiveness.
- Product & Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on LiquidStack’s offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Acts in a manner consistent with LiquidStack’s core values and according to LiquidStack’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethical Behavior.
- Comply with standards and procedures of LiquidStack’s health and safety manual and Occupational Health and Safety regulations
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business Administration preferred); outbound sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with data center markets, cooling systems, and IT equipment; prior experience in the Data Center industry is a bonus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to engage customers and close deals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot).
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is an advantage.
- Ability to work across time zones in a global team.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 5% of the time
- Valid passport & driver’s license with no infractions that would limit ability to travel
