Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive execution across a wide range of marketing initiatives. This role supports day-to-day activities including campaign deployment, event management, CRM support, and sales enablement—while also scaling programs that support brand growth and pipeline development. You’ll collaborate closely with our Director of Marketing and internal teams to plan, execute, and optimize programs across the marketing funnel. Key Responsibilities

Current-State Responsibilities

  • Hands-on execution of core marketing initiatives:
    • Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns via HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing platforms.
    • Maintain clean, actionable CRM data to support pipeline tracking, reporting, and campaign follow-up.
    • Coordinate logistics for domestic and international tradeshows, events, and webinars — including planning, shipping, and lead capture.
    • Develop sales enablement materials, such as presentations, product sheets, and landing pages.
    • Create and manage marketing dashboards and ROI reporting using Power BI or similar tools.

Near-Term Expectations

  • Building scalable programs to support rapid global growth:
    • Lead planning and execution of international events and tradeshows, ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination.
    • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high-value accounts with personalized outreach.
    • Optimize lead nurturing workflows to improve conversion rates and alignment with sales teams.
    • Partner with Sales and Operations to identify process gaps and implement automation for efficiency.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities.

Strategic Future Capabilities

  • Preparing for the next phase of LiquidStack’s growth:
    • Expand LiquidStack’s global brand presence through localized campaigns and multilingual content.
    • Use intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) for advanced targeting and segmentation.
    • Enhance digital infrastructure, including SEO, CMS improvements, and website analytics.
    • Drive innovative ideas for digital engagement, visual storytelling, and scalable marketing processes.

Startup Agility

  • Thrive in a dynamic environment where processes are still evolving.
  • Help establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support team growth and efficiency.
  • Be hands-on and flexible, contributing across marketing activities as needed — from campaigns to events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (required).
  • 4–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce (HubSpot certification a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Power BI for reporting and performance tracking.
  • Proven success managing domestic and international events.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Independent, self-starter mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with ABM strategies, intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
  • Creative tool experience (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
  • Multilingual or international marketing experience is a plus.

Special Conditions of Employment

  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% or more, as required by business needs.
  • Valid passport and driver’s license with no infractions that would limit the ability to travel.

Compensation & Career Growth

Base Salary Range: $70,600 – $83,800
