Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to drive a range of marketing initiatives including event coordination, social media, CRM management, campaign execution, and marketing automation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to impact the full marketing funnel while growing their skill set rapidly.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy multi-channel campaigns using HubSpot and other tools.
- Manage email marketing calendars and audience segmentation.
- Support lead nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle automation flows.
- Maintain and improve marketing data quality in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Align closely with Sales and ISRs to support campaign follow-up and pipeline development.
- Create and maintain campaign dashboards and lead reports.
- Plan and execute company events including webinars, trade shows, customer dinners, and sponsored events.
- Coordinate logistics such as venues, shipping, invites, swag, and booth builds.
- Work with Sales to drive attendance and post-event engagement.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials like one-pagers, decks, and landing pages.
- Support content publishing and SEO updates on the website.
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies as needed.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a broad marketing role, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (certification a plus) and Salesforce.
- Proven track record in event planning and execution.
- Familiarity with marketing automation workflows and lead funnel reporting.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a startup or scale-up environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with intent data platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.
- Skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or CMS tools such as WordPress or Webflow.
- Experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
Special Conditions of Employment
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% or more, as required by business needs.
- Valid passport and driver’s license with no infractions that would limit the ability to travel.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
