Technical Support Representative

Position Summary

At LiquidStack, we’re innovating the future of high-performance computing with our advanced liquid cooling technologies. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be at the frontline of our customer success strategy, providing expert post-sales technical support and helping to shape scalable service processes during a high-growth phase.

This role requires hands-on experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing and is suited for those who thrive in building structure out of ambiguity. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, production, field service, and quality—to troubleshoot, solve, and scale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical post-sales support to customers, Field Service Technicians, and Service Partners.

  • Diagnose and resolve product issues using schematics, BoMs, 2D/3D drawings, and technical documentation.

  • Collaborate across quality, supply chain, and production teams to support warranty fulfillment, spare parts, and service coordination.

  • Use CRM systems to document customer interactions, service cases, and part replacement activity.

  • Interface regularly with engineering and product management to provide field insights and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Help develop scalable technical support procedures and documentation to support global growth.

  • Support on-site repairs by coordinating with regional leads and technicians.

  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, ethics, and safety in accordance with LiquidStack policies and values.


What You Bring

  • Experience in the mechanical, thermal, industrial, or manufacturing industry.

  • Familiarity with data center infrastructure, HVAC/R systems, or thermal system design is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret engineering documents and troubleshoot issues using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and enthusiastic about building processes from scratch.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools; multilingual capabilities are a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working across cultures and time zones.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $72,000
