Technical Support Representative

Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Global Services, this role provides frontline support for customers, Field Service Technicians, and Service Partners at LiquidStack. The primary responsibility is to offer technical support for post-sales customer queries, adhering to contractual obligations. The position involves warranty support and service coverage for customer entitlements and is based in LiquidStack's production facility, granting access to the production line, training center, and engineers. The role is ideal for a driven individual passionate about liquid cooling technologies for data centers, edge, and high-performance computing.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline support for LiquidStack customers and the Global Services team.
  • Assist with post-sales support and technical product inquiries for customers, Field Service Technicians, and Service Partners.
  • Coordinate on-site repairs by contacting regional leaders.
  • Collaborate with quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to support spare part purchases and warranty fulfillment.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues using BoM, 3D and 2D drawings, schematics, and other documentation and document in CRM system.
  • Communicate with engineering and product management teams as required.
  • Act in accordance with LiquidStack’s core values and Code of Business Conduct and Ethical Behavior.
  • Comply with LiquidStack’s health and safety manual and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education diploma, technical school degree, or equivalent military training; BSc in Engineering, Industrial Design is a plus.
  • Experience in the mechanical, thermal, industrial, or manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in a customer service role, such as a call center or support.
  • Desirable experience in Data Center, mission-critical, IT Infrastructure, or process cooling/heating.
  • Preferred experience in thermal system design or HVAC/R.
  • Working knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, 3D or 2D modeling, or other solid modeling is desirable.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to prioritize competing tasks and meet critical deadlines.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently.
  • Comfortable working with diverse cultures and mindsets.
  • Able to work in a global organization with teammates in different time zones/regions.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Fluent in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $72,000
