Our team is growing, and we’re looking for skilled professionals who want to be part of something innovative and impactful.

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Chief of Staff at LiquidStack, in this role you will be the face of LiquidStack to our most strategic ecosystem partners — including chipmakers, OEMs, research institutions, and industry influencers. You will own these relationships end-to-end, helping inform our product roadmap, co-develop value propositions and solutions, and elevate our brand within the ecosystem.

This is a highly strategic role ideal for a connector and influencer who understands both the business and technical sides of data center innovation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

●    Identify, establish, and cultivate relationships with key ecosystem players such as Nvidia, Dell, AMD, Intel, Villanova University, and others.
●    Act as the primary point of contact for alliance partners, owning the partner relationship lifecycle from initial engagement through long-term growth.
●    Develop mutual value propositions and identify joint collaboration opportunities such as solution development, co-innovation, research pilots, speaking engagements, and product development input.
●    Bring market and partner insights back to the internal team to influence product roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
●    Coordinate internally across product, engineering, marketing, and sales to align alliance objectives with business goals.
●    Position LiquidStack as a leading force in sustainable, high-performance liquid cooling through joint initiatives, whitepapers, events, and pilot projects.
●    Represent LiquidStack at conferences, webinars, and in external forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
●    Drive regular business reviews with partners and ensure progress on shared goals.
●    Draft and negotiate MOUs or collaboration agreements in partnership with legal and executive leadership.
●    Track KPIs and report alliance impact to leadership.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Required:
●    7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development, preferably within the data center, cloud, semiconductor, or thermal management sectors.
●    Proven track record of owning and growing complex partnerships.
●    Strong understanding of the data center ecosystem, including hyperscaler infrastructure, OEMs, and emerging technology trends.
●    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive engagement skills.
●    Valid Passport.
●    Ability to travel 30% of the time.
●    Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

Preferred:
•    Background in engineering, applied physics, or computer science.
•    Prior experience with liquid cooling, HPC, AI infrastructure, or sustainability initiatives.
•    Established network within the data center and/or liquid cooling ecosystem
•    Familiarity with research institutions and technology consortia.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

This role is US-based and requires an average of 5–7 days of travel per month. This typically includes 1–2 domestic trips per month. Travel is focused on building and managing relationships with key partners such as Nvidia, Dell, and academic institutions, and may include:

•    Industry events and speaking engagements (e.g., OCP Summit, Data Center World)
•    University or research institution visits (e.g., Villanova University)
•    Occasional internal strategy or planning meetings with product or engineering teams

During peak quarters with major events or launches, travel may rise to 10–12 days. Virtual collaboration tools will be used to minimize travel during off-peak periods. International travel may occur 2–4 times depending on global alliance priorities.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
