POSITION SUMMARY

LiquidStack is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the execution of customer and internal programs in a fast-paced manufacturing and technology environment.

In this role, you will help coordinate project activities tied to physical product builds, working closely with engineering, production, and operations teams. You will play a key role in keeping projects organized, aligned, and on schedule while supporting communication across cross-functional stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role focused on execution, coordination, and visibility—providing exposure to how products move from design through production and delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support coordination of day-to-day internal and customer project activities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track project schedules, milestones, and action items to ensure progress stays on track
  • Support tracking of basic project cost elements, schedules, and reporting
  • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams
  • Assist in preparing project updates for internal stakeholders and customers
  • Participate in planning meetings, design reviews, and production readiness discussions
  • Help identify risks, gaps, or delays and communicate them clearly
  • Maintain organized project documentation, including notes, schedules, and status updates
  • Support projects tied to manufacturing builds and production schedules.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a related role
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

 

NICE TO HAVE

 

  • Experience with project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar
  • Exposure to CRM or resource planning tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar systems)
  • Exposure to resource planning or capacity management concepts
  • Basic understanding of how products move from design through manufacturing
  • Familiarity with structured project environments (e.g., Stage-Gate or similar frameworks)

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

 

  • On-site role based in Carrollton, TX
  • Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
  • High collaboration across engineering, production, and operations teams
  • Direct exposure to physical product builds and production workflows

 

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT 

  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time, with some international travel possible
  • Valid passport & driver’s license with no infractions that would limit ability to travel
