We are seeking a Senior Product Pricing Manager to design and institutionalize world-class pricing architecture that accelerates revenue growth, strengthens competitive positioning, and expands long-term margin performance.

This is a high-visibility, enterprise-impact role operating at the intersection of Product, Finance, Sales, and Executive Leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Pricing Leadership

  • Define global pricing strategy aligned to growth, competitiveness, and margin optimization.
  • Design scalable frameworks (value-based, lifecycle, segmentation, competitive models).
  • Institutionalize governance across discounting, approvals, and price realization.

Advanced Analytics & Intelligence

  • Develop elasticity, cost-to-serve, profitability, and competitive benchmarking models.
  • Build executive dashboards tracking price realization and margin performance.
  • Translate analytics into C-level decision support and actionable strategy.

Commercial & Deal Enablement

  • Influence enterprise contract pricing and complex deal structuring.
  • Optimize discounting discipline and revenue-to-margin conversion.
  • Equip Sales with pricing tools and value articulation frameworks.

Systems & Global Scale

  • Ensure pricing integrity across CPQ/CRM/ERP ecosystems.
  • Support multi-region expansion with localized pricing aligned to global architecture.
  • Lead pricing transformation initiatives as the business scales.

  • Enterprise pricing framework adopted globally.
  • Improved price realization and measurable gross margin expansion.
  • Reduced margin leakage through disciplined governance.
  • Pricing recognized internally as a strategic growth lever.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • 7+ years in strategic pricing, revenue strategy, FP&A, or commercial analytics within enterprise tech, industrial, or high-growth hardware environments.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling pricing models across global markets.
  • Expertise in value-based pricing, elasticity modeling, segmentation, and margin optimization.
  • Strong financial modeling and executive communication capabilities.
  • Experience with CPQ/CRM systems (Salesforce CPQ, Tacton, Pricefx) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
