Evening ‘LISC Communications Creators Circle’ Think Tank
LISC is one of the country’s largest community development organizations, helping forge vibrant, resilient communities across America. LISC works with residents and partners to close gaps in health, wealth, and opportunity so that people and places can thrive. We do this by acting as a conduit for grants, loans and equity--and by providing technical assistance and capacity building--to locally rooted organizations that carry out the work in communities.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Are you a creative student looking to make a real impact with your digital skills? LISC is launching an Evening ‘LISC Communications Creators Circle’ Think Tank to help revamp our national website—and we want student voices at the table.
Selected interns will work directly with the Communications team to ideate, design, and shape how LISC’s story is told online! This is a paid opportunity with a $600 stipend, ideal for students with an academic focus, experience, or interest in web design, visual arts, communications, or marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on a real-world redesign project and have the chance to contribute ideas that drive meaningful change. The program will begin in September and will include three two-hour sessions. This is an opportunity to share ideas and get feedback in real time. Think Canva, not code. Ideas, not assignments. And real impact, not just busywork.
