Our proprietary curriculum was created by expert SOR educators and is designed to help students who are 2+ grade levels behind make real, measurable progress.

👩‍🏫 Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate:

  • Enjoys collaborating with a supportive, mission-driven team
  • Has experience with Structured Literacy / Science of Reading (online experience a plus)
  • Holds SOR certification (LETRS, IMSE, Orton-Gillingham, etc.)
  • Has a degree in Education (Early Childhood, Elementary, Literacy, SPED, Curriculum & Instruction, etc.)
  • Holds a U.S. or Canadian teaching certification
  • Has experience working with diverse learners
  • Excited to work in a start-up culture making dramatic impact
  • Is available 2–3 hours, 3–4 days per week during school hours

Compensation

Our teachers are compensated per 12-week class rather than hourly. This includes teaching, team meetings, assessments, and family communication. Compensation is competitive and above market, with performance bonuses and range $1000-$1200 base per 12 week class taught.

We are also hiring for the role of "Expert Parent Consultant"! This role entails advising several parents each day on Zoom who are looking for the best program to help their struggling reader. The ideal candidate is well spoken about Structured Literacy and can advise parents whether our SL program would be a great fit for them. Ultimately, the goal is to enroll the child if they are a good fit. This role requires at least 15 hours each week, and the hours are flexible to fit your schedule. *
