Lithic creates card issuing and payment infrastructure for technology companies that just works. We help some of the world’s fastest-growing digital banks, fintech companies, and software companies process billions in transactions annually.

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to join Lithic’s team. In this role, you will lead complex customer implementations, drive operational excellence, and develop scalable processes that enable billions in transactions for the most innovative fintechs and digital banks.

This position offers a unique vantage point across our business from product and engineering to compliance and operations allowing you to tackle meaningful challenges while making a tangible impact.

In this role, you will coordinate a wide range of activities from gathering customer requirements and configuring the software to conducting technical setup and delivering training with the ultimate goal of getting the customer’s solution live as quickly as possible, driving fast Time to Revenue (TTR) and provide great customer experience. You will operate at the intersection of our customers, internal teams, and third-party partners, executing progress across multiple project streams simultaneously. You will launch new programs, ensure successful delivery of complex implementations, and build deep, long-lasting customer relationships. This role blends customer-facing responsibilities with operational ownership, giving you the opportunity to optimize key workflows, coordinate across customers, partners, and deliver results at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive full-cycle customer implementations, coordinating requirements, configurations, integrations to deliver solutions on time, maximize TTR, and delight customers.
  • Actively drive implementation progress by removing blockers, executing plans, and delivering results efficiently, with a strong bias toward action and outcomes.
  • Proactively evaluate customer challenges and risks, applying problem-solving skills to design effective, scalable solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical ideas clearly, turning them into practical outcomes and deliverables for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage and deliver technical configurations and integrations with our network and issuer partners.
  • Provide domain expertise and insights to guide internal decision-making and identify opportunities for future product development.
  • Develop deep expertise in card issuance and processing, becoming a trusted advisor to both customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and serve as their trusted advisor.
  • Become a Lithic product expert, capable of demonstrating and articulating the value of our platform with confidence and clarity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in Program Management, Technical Implementations, Solutions Architecture, or comparable customer-facing roles, successfully delivering complex, multi-layered technology solutions.
  • 3–5 years of experience in FinTech, particularly in payments, card issuance, or financial services technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to translate technical information into clear business language to different internal stake holders.
  • Strong presentation skills: comfortable and confident presenting to external teams technical and non-technical stake holders.
  • Strong product sense, concept explanation, and technical acumen: familiarity with APIs and technical concepts.
  • Strong project/program management experience: proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, identifying risks, and ensuring progress toward measurable results.
  • Understanding of APIs and technical concepts, with the ability to translate them into clear, actionable insights for customers.
  • Customer-focused mindset: passionate about solving problems and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver impactful, user-facing solutions.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results.

Salary Range: $160,000 - $190,000 + equity
