We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives within our card issuing and financial technology platform. This role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution to shape how our customers build, scale, and optimize their card programs and payment infrastructure.

You will be responsible for defining and executing product vision across card issuing, banking and program tooling/services, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs. This person will focus on product excellence, customer success, and driving innovation in card issuing infrastructure, payment processing, and related financial services tooling.

What You'll Do:

  • Define Strategic Vision: Set the strategy for card issuing, banking and program tooling/servicing, ensuring alignment with company strategy and translating that into projects for the next 3, 6, and 12 months
  • Champion Customer Success: Advocate for customers by enhancing usability, reliability, and efficiency in card issuing workflows, payment processing, and financial infrastructure. Be the voice of fintech companies building on our platform through direct engagement, research, and data analysis
  • Drive Product Excellence: Maintain high-quality standards across all products, ensuring consistency and simplicity. Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship intuitive, high-quality experiences that reduce time-to-market and increase successful implementations
  • Execute Cross-Functional Work: Work with stakeholders on scoping, task management, implementation, and follow-up after launch. Collaborate with stakeholders including compliance, operations, and support to ensure smooth delivery of new features
  • Foster Innovation: Drive innovation that reduces customer time-to-go-live through streamlined card issuing processes, automated compliance workflows, and enhanced payment infrastructure capabilities
  • Own Success Metrics: Design customer-centric metrics to ensure we are building the right features. Balance qualitative feedback with quantitative success metrics like activation rate, customer NPS, time-to-launch, and platform adoption
  • Build Market Leadership: Represent the company as a thought leader in card issuing and fintech infrastructure through industry engagement, conferences, and strategic partnerships

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 7+ years of product management experience with proven leadership in fintech, ideally with background in card issuing, payment processing, or banking infrastructure, plus experience scaling product initiatives
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of card issuing workflows, payment processing, banking regulations, and fintech infrastructure. Strong opinions about what makes great financial services products
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for fintech innovation, regulatory compliance, and operational reliability. You care deeply about building products that enable financial services companies to scale efficiently
  • Technical Fluency: Strong technical understanding of APIs, payment rails, card networks, and financial data flows. Ability to work closely with engineering teams on complex technical implementations
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can clearly articulate product ideas to both engineers and executives, and present to external customers and industry audiences
  • Commercial Mindset: Experience in competitive fintech markets with understanding of pricing models, regulatory requirements, and developing go-to-market strategies
  • Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the latest trends in card issuing, digital banking, payment processing, and financial services infrastructure
  • Adaptability: Financial markets and regulations always change, but you still positively navigate the right course with creativity and strategic thinking

Base Salary: $148,000 - $190,000
