Lithos Energy designs and builds advanced lithium-ion battery packs from the ground up for use in high-performance automotive, marine and aerospace applications. We build the things we design and manufacture in-house, in California. We have built a team of  accomplished engineers working on perhaps the most important technologies being developed today.

Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, components, and equipment to support production

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to meet production demands.

• Identify and qualify new suppliers to improve cost, quality, and lead times.

• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize procurement strategies.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 Years Experience

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing.

• Strong supplier management skills.

• Ability to analyze costs and identify opportunities for savings.

• Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement best practices.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range - 65 - 90K  + Equity
