About the Role

Litify is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and grow revenue. This role will own the creation and promotion of content, research the market, and refine the customer experience. You will also develop and execute demand generation strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead demand generation programs, including setting strategy, developing forecasts, evaluating appropriate budget levels, and measuring results, to generate inbound leads and qualified pipeline. 
  • Develop strategies for both acquiring and nurturing leads that drive awareness, consideration, and purchase intent across all channels including email, webinars, partners, paid programs, events, digital channels, etc. as part of 
  • Craft compelling messaging that will resonate with your target audience and set of personas
  • Drive content strategy to inspire engagement from customers and prospects, working with the rest of the marketing team.
  • Proactively partner with the sales teams and business development managers to ensure seamless interactions and follow-ups for prospects
  • Design and execute tests to optimization marketing performance in line with pipeline goals 
  • Communicate with marketing, sales management, and leadership on an ongoing basis regarding new and nurtured lead performance results

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in B2B demand generation or campaigns marketing with demonstrated lead, pipeline, and revenue growth, preferably in SaaS
  • Ability to self-manage paid channels and a good understanding of bidding strategy, including but not limited to pay-per-click, affiliate marketing, and paid social.
  • Deep industry knowledge of cutting edge demand generation methods, including creating a funnel, nurture strategies, digital, online, and live events
  • Proven track record of acquiring customers and expanding brand presence through innovative strategies and execution
  • Analytically-driven decision-maker, with the ability to capture and share key data and insights and use data to drive key marketing strategies and decisions
  • A person who looks beyond just the marketing domain to help drive analytical insights that help the company expand and target key market segments, drive pipeline velocity, and contribute to the company’s overall go to market strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Adaptable in rapidly changing environments with a high degree of comfort with autonomy 

Disclosure:

The estimated pay for this role is $115,000-130,000. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide. 

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
