Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and recognized as an Inc. 5000 and Deloitte Technology Fast 500 fastest-growing private company, Litify is at the center of legal innovation. Headquartered in New York, we're building the last legal platform our customers will ever need.

About the Role

Events and field programs are one of our biggest pipeline drivers and some of our most powerful brand moments. We want to grow both – more cities, more formats, more ways to get in front of our audience, show up as Litify, and grow the business. We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager who can take a set of field programs and own them – from strategy and planning through execution and follow-up – and make sure every event looks, feels, and performs like Litify.

You'll work closely with our Senior Field Marketing Manager who leads our events function, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and the rest of Marketing to put Litify in front of the right audiences. This role fits someone who doesn't need a playbook handed to them – you'll help shape it, run it, and make it better each time.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan and run Litify-hosted field events: executive dinners, roundtables, happy hours, workshops, and regional roadshows from ideation to execution, with a clear plan for what success looks like
  • Organize and lead trade shows and industry conferences: from choosing the right activations and sponsorships to booth strategy, the hosted events around each show, and on-site meetings, making sure we maximize our presence and ROI
  • Treat every event as a brand activation: partner with our creative team to bring the Litify brand to life, from booth design and on-site experience to content, giveaways, and every attendee touchpoint
  • Own your program calendar end to end: budget, venues, vendors, logistics, invites, promotion, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up, including setting targets and measuring business impact
  • Partner closely with Sales on events: picking the right target markets and accounts, identifying the audience, driving attendance, and turning events into pipeline
  • Support partner and customer events as part of our broader brand and GTM strategy:  building activations that grow these relationships, deliver a great brand experience, and help expand our book of business
  • Track and report on what's working: attendance, pipeline generated and influenced, and ROI- and use it to shape what comes next
  • Collaborate with the full marketing team on pre- and post-event strategy, data and analysis, and design, while making sure everything is tracked
  • Travel to events as needed (roughly 25–30%)

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of field or event marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • A track record of owning programs end to end, not just executing someone else's plan
  • Highly organized, with excellent project management: you can juggle multiple events, budgets, and deadlines without dropping anything, and you know how to prioritize based on impact and timing
  • A business-first mindset: you start with the outcome, design the strategy and experience to deliver it, and always push for what moves the business forward
  • Comfort working with Sales and senior stakeholders, and confidence in front of customers and executives
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and event or marketing automation tools (Splash a plus)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift
  • Autonomous, driven, and collaborative: you see what needs to happen, take ownership, and bring people along

Nice to Have:

  • A strong eye for brand and design – you know what makes an event feel premium and memorable
  • Experience marketing to legal, professional services, or enterprise audiences
  • Customer marketing or community experience
  • Experience with executive-level events (GCs, managing partners, C-suite)
