Position Overview: Litigiven is seeking a creative and experienced Marketing Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth. The Marketing Director will lead the marketing function, manage budgets, develop comprehensive plans, and ensure all activities align with the company's overall goals and brand image.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Drive initiatives to increase market share, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and oversee the marketing function, ensuring cohesive and integrated efforts across the team.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 2-6 professionals in achieving departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Support the sales process through targeted marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to ensure the relevance and competitiveness of marketing activities.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and achieving the best return on investment.
  • Use data-driven insights to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and continuously optimize strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure consistency and coordination of marketing activities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on marketing activities and performance to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Participate in the company's product design and development process, providing market and customer feedback to ensure products meet market demands.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of managing marketing functions.
  • Strong B2C, B2B, and SaaS marketing background, with proficiency in marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Experience in a startup environment and the SaaS technology sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in both digital and content marketing concepts, tools, and platforms.
