About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong background in startup environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will play a crucial role in building our brand presence, engaging our target audience, and driving measurable growth. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. 
  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising. 
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and identify insights to improve future campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and design to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape. 
  • Manage and oversee the company’s website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and conversion. 
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to experiment and innovate in new marketing tactics and strategies. 
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of campaigns. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within a startup environment. 
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing various digital marketing channels. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing platforms). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and content marketing principles.
