About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong background in startup environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will play a crucial role in building our brand presence, engaging our target audience, and driving measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and identify insights to improve future campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and design to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.
- Manage and oversee the company’s website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and conversion.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to experiment and innovate in new marketing tactics and strategies.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within a startup environment.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing various digital marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and content marketing principles.
