About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the SaaS industry, with hands-on experience in startup environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.
- Develop, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Execute demand generation initiatives to increase leads and drive sales pipeline growth.
- Oversee the development of high-quality, compelling content that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with company goals.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand through consistent messaging and high-impact marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the market.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on SaaS and startup environments.
- Proven experience working on company websites, including content updates, SEO, and user experience improvements.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team, as well as work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
