Who You Are

You’re a natural leader with a warm presence and a talent for bringing order, energy, and excellence to everything you do. You’re passionate about early childhood education, strong in organization and communication, and ready to lead a truly amazing team.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and manage daily school operations
• Lead, mentor, and uplift your education team
• Ensure curriculum quality and meet or exceed licensing standards
• Build positive, lasting relationships with families
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documents
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for children and staff
• Plan staff development, training, and team-building events

What You Bring

• TX Director Credential
• Active CDA or AA/BA in Early Childhood Education
• 2–3 years of administrative experience in a licensed childcare center
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Clean Background Check
• Ability to work rotating shifts: Mon–Fri, 6am–6pm
• Must be 21+
