Pay & Benefits

• $12.50–$14.00 per hour

Position Overview

As a classroom teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment for young children. You will help manage daily routines, encourage development, and communicate with families.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily classroom activities and maintain structure
• Supervise children and ensure safety at all times
• Build positive relationships with children and parents
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Support children’s social, emotional, and educational growth

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Must pass a background check

Preferred (not required):

• CDA certification
• Coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Rotating shifts between 6:00 AM and 5:30 PM
