Partnership Implementation Manager

About the Role
The Partnership Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing the integration of key partners, such as payers, providers, and other relevant stakeholders, into our virtual pediatric and family mental health care services. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless collaboration between external partners and our internal teams, facilitating efficient workflows and supporting the delivery of high-quality mental health care. The Partnership Implementation Manager will lead partner onboarding, drive successful implementation initiatives, and optimize ongoing partnerships. This role will report to the VP of Clinical Operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end process of integrating new partners (payers, healthcare providers, and third-party platforms) into our virtual care ecosystem.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans for new partnership implementations, tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and refine onboarding and integration processes to optimize efficiency, scalability, and partner satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact among internal teams (Clinical, Operations, Growth & Marketing, People, Product Development).
- Manage all operational components of ongoing partnerships including referral pathways, satisfaction, reporting and quarterly/annual presentations.
- Work with internal teams to develop and deliver training materials and resources that enable partners to effectively engage with our systems and services.
- Ensure that all partnerships comply with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations, collaborating with legal and compliance teams as needed.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess partnership performance, provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery and partner collaboration.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, implementation management, or operations, preferably in a virtual healthcare or mental health setting.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to drive successful cross-functional initiatives.
- Robust analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategy, process improvements, and business decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to executive stakeholders and diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, etc.) and contractual frameworks.
