About the Role
We are looking for Part-Time pediatric clinical therapists who want to build a new way of delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to children 0-14. We hire mental health providers who are excited to work at an early-stage startup and impact the accessibility of exceptional behavioral health for children and families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based tele-therapy via the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-14 years old, parents, and families
- Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc.
- Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans
- Participate in a weekly case review and manager meeting
About You:
- Enjoys being part of a growing and collaborative clinical community
- Masters level therapists independently licensed in California, ie. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)
- 1+ years of independent direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families. Demonstrated expertise in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices
- Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care.
- Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services!
Schedule:
- We are offering a flexible part-time schedule consisting of either 10, 15, or 20 clinical hours per week. Providers have had the most success booking sessions between our peak hours of:
- 3pm-8pm PST Monday-Friday
- 7am & 8am PST Monday-Friday
- 8am-4pm PST Saturdays
- You can construct your schedule in any combination of the bolded timeframes mentioned above.
- Flexible schedule built to be mutually beneficial for you and our families.
Compensation:
- We provide an hourly W2 position paid at a rate of $85/hr
- Estimated Annual Part-Time Compensation for 10-20 clinical hrs/wk (Assuming you worked 45 weeks in the year): $38,250 - $76,500
