Retail Coordinator
The Retail Coordinator will be responsible for managing product information, coordinating events, assisting with visual merchandising, and supporting store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
- Keep a close eye on incoming shipments and tracking information.
- Manage timelines for shipments and communicate any delays or expedited needs to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure timely receipt of inventory and address any issues with shipments.
- Support the Retail team in various tasks related to inventory reporting.
- Assist with sales reporting, inventory adjustments, cycle count monitoring, and placement of new buys as needed.
Fleetwide Event Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive slide decks for fleetwide events, detailing the overarching idea, supplies, store locations, budgets, and team responsibilities.
- Create and manage budget sheets, including tracking of expenses, item updates, and event materials.
- Oversee the ordering and distribution of event materials, ensuring they reach the appropriate locations on time.
Brand Research:
- Conduct research on potential brand partners for monthly market events and key brand activations.
Brand Activations and Retail Support:
- Organize and send out necessary materials for brand activations, such as bead kits, string, iPads, size guides, etc.
- Maintain communication with team members regarding tracking and shipping items back to HQ after events.
- Provide support for retail store needs, including sending display kits, window clings, and other promotional materials.
Tech Setup and Management:
- Set up and manage tech equipment (iPads, laptops) for new store openings and events.
- Ensure proper management of tech inventory, including checking in and out equipment for events and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Provide support for setting up and troubleshooting tech at events, including connecting devices via Bluetooth and managing password keys.
Store Design & Visuals:
- Help with store designs by creating and submitting design tickets for major interior and exterior signage, ensuring cohesive design elements.
- Assist in curating the PR invite lists for in-store events
- Create visuals for Product Knowledge decks.
Visual Merchandising & Inventory Management:
- Pack and ship visual merchandising-related items to various retail stores
- Maintain cross-functional communication to ensure stores are fully stocked with products.
- Coordinate replenishment orders and place orders for new product launches across all stores.
- Support store opening operations, including managing timelines and resources.
Additional Requirements:
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
- Ability to lift and transport event materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of corporate retail experience in retail operations or visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with inventory management and product launches is a plus.
- Creative thinking with an eye for design and visual presentation.
