Little Words Project is bringing our Pop-Up experience and message of kindness, connection, and self-love to the Gaylord Hotel & Convention Center in Nashville, TN this holiday season—and we’re looking for enthusiastic Temporary Sales Associates to join our team!

Join our holiday Pop-Up team and help bring the Little Words Project experience to life! You’ll connect with guests, share our story, help people create meaningful bracelets, and make each visit a memorable one. It’s a fast-paced, fun environment where you’ll have the opportunity to make genuine connections while helping guests find something special for themselves or someone they love.

What You’ll Do

  • Create memorable guest experiences by sharing the Little Words Project mission and helping guests find bracelets that inspire them or someone they love.
  • Connect and sell by making personalized recommendations and helping guests discover pieces that are meaningful to them.
  • Bring the Bead Bar to life by helping guests create and personalize bracelets and fulfilling custom orders.
  • Deliver an amazing checkout experience by accurately processing transactions and answering guest questions.
  • Drive sales and earn commission by engaging guests, building connections, and helping the team achieve sales goals and KPIs.
  • Keep the pop-up beautiful, organized, stocked, and holiday-ready throughout the day.
  • Assist with inventory, merchandising, replenishment, clienteling, and other operational needs.
  • Capture fun, authentic in-store moments and help create an engaging brand experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team and jump in wherever needed during busy periods.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Retail experience preferred—but if you’re a fast learner with a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!
  • You’re a people person who genuinely enjoys connecting with others.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with guests.
  • A natural sales mindset—you’re excited by goals, motivated by results, and enjoy creating great experiences.
  • Passion for beading, styling, creativity, and self-expression.
  • You’re positive, flexible, and bring a “let’s figure it out” attitude to the team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, including peak holiday periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a team.
  • Most importantly, you believe in the power of kindness and self-love and are excited to spread the Little Words Project message!
