Make magic. Spread kindness. Create moments that matter. 💖

Little Words Project is bringing our Pop-Up experience to Disney California Adventure in Anaheim starting in November, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Store Leader to lead the team and create memorable guest experiences.

You’ll oversee daily operations, coach and motivate the team, drive sales, and bring our mission of kindness, connection, and self-love to life—one bracelet at a time.

💫 What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the Pop-Up is organized, well-stocked, and ready to welcome guests.
  • Coach, motivate, and support team members while setting clear expectations and promoting accountability.
  • Share our brand story, make personalized recommendations, and help guests find meaningful pieces.
  • Own store sales goals and KPIs, monitor performance, and motivate the team to achieve results.
  • Oversee opening and closing, POS transactions, cash handling, and adherence to operating procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, organize supplies, and communicate product needs.
  • Receive packages containing product and supplies at home, securely store them as needed, and transport them to the Pop-Up location.
  • Keep displays organized, engaging, and aligned with Little Words Project brand standards.
  • Help coordinate coverage, communicate priorities, and address operational needs.
  • Work with Little Words Project contacts and follow applicable location procedures and requirements.
  • Take on other duties as needed to support the team and business.

💖 What You Bring to the Adventure

  • Disney Parks experience in a Leader or Coordinator is preferred but not required. 🏰
  • Previous retail leadership experience, such as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Team Lead.
  • Experience coaching, developing, and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong sales mindset and the ability to drive performance through guest engagement and team accountability.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, tourism, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, merchandising, POS systems, and daily retail operations.
  • Ability to receive packages and product at home and transport them to the Pop-Up location as needed.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods as required.
  • A positive, adaptable approach and a passion for creativity, self-expression, and the Little Words Project mission.

🎉 Why You’ll Love It

  • 💖 Be part of a brand built around kindness and connection.
  • ✨ Lead an exciting Pop-Up at Disney California Adventure.
  • 💰 Earn competitive pay starting at $30hr plus commission opportunities.
  • 🌎 Connect with guests from all over the world.
  • 📍 Disney California Adventure | Anaheim, CA.

Ready to make magic, lead the team and spread a little kindness?

We’d love to meet you! 💕
