Remote (USA)

Product Strategist

At Livefront, we help companies design and build world-class digital products that command attention and inspire joy. We’ve helped household names like CVS, Samsung, General Mills, and Optum create experiences that have reached millions of people, and startups like HomeSpotter and Credly build entirely new businesses that challenge their industries’ status quo.

We’re looking for an outstanding Product Strategist to join our team.

Who you are

It’s not just about the technology for you, but rather how novel technology can be exploited to forge new business opportunities and make people’s everyday lives better. You have a keen eye for compelling experience design and recognize its power when paired with ambitious service design. You are able to skillfully align the right technologies with the right problems, and you aren’t afraid to make shrewd prioritization when needed to keep moving forward. You know how to take ambiguity and turn it into action, earning buy-in from even the most skeptical stakeholders along the way. Your superpower is your ability to inspire, influence, and compel efforts across disciplines and organizational structures. You're just as comfortable designing the strategy for a product as you are doing the heavy lifting to make it come to life. You can navigate complex and politically-charged discussions and decisions.

What you will be doing

  • Craft compelling product visions that inspire and guide our clients.
  • Formulate detailed product strategies that are tightly aligned with overarching client business objectives and effectively address the diverse needs of target users
  • Execute comprehensive market and user research initiatives using a combination of qualitative techniques, such as interviews and focus groups; and quantitative methodologies, including surveys and data analysis.
  • Conduct competitive or peer analysis of the digital experiences within a given industry or category, developing an original point of view to be shared with our clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Livefront’s business development team on new business pursuits, providing subject matter experience and perspective throughout the pre-sales process.
  • Incorporate AI into the discovery process, exploring and executing on ways to increase your leverage as a Product Strategist through the use of agentic tools.
  • Identify opportunities within the client ecosystem to leverage technology for new product features, improved user experiences, and improved business outcomes.
  •
  • Inform strategic decisions with insights on user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Lead co-creation sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams to generate innovative product ideas.
  • Effectively lead and guide client teams through the often messy and complex process of early-stage product development
  • Facilitate collaborative discussions and decision-making to ensure alignment and buy-in on the most impactful features that should be developed and launched.
  • Guide and instruct client teams on what is needed (by way of decisions, process, and resources) to take a new product concept from idea to launch.

Why you should apply

  • You want to be at the center of the strategic apex of where products are planned and defined before coming to market.
  • You are energized by the opportunity to contribute to a growing business and work closely with the business development function.
  • You want to work with passionate and talented people who are always looking for ways to make things better.
  • You desire a work environment where respect, mutual trust, and egoless collaboration are paramount.
  • You want colleagues who take their work seriously but not themselves, and who know how to let loose and have a good time.
  • You like being part of a team with a reputation for excellence that gives back to the community by educating, mentoring, and sponsoring.
  • You want to work on products and accounts that have outsized impact and reach.
  • You believe in sweating the details, giving a damn about quality, and taking pride in going the extra mile.

What you bring to the table

  • At least 5-10 years of relevant experience, ideally in a consulting environment or as part of an in-house, cross-functional product team.
  • Experience launching and bringing new consumer-facing digital products to market at scale.
  • Experience consulting enterprise clients on digital product strategies and execution.
  • Strong versatility and experience with products across multiple digital platforms, including iOS, Android, Web, TV, Auto, Voice, Wearables, IoT, and other smart devices.
  • Fluency with basic data analysis techniques: bi-variate analysis, cross tabulation, distributions.
  • Familiarity with business and product management frameworks, including but not limited to: Jobs to Be Done, Hook, Kano, Design Sprint, Design Thinking, User Journey Mapping, Traction, and others.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to present and defend strategic choices persuasively.
  • Experience gathering and synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover new insights about user behavior and business opportunity.
  • Mastery of modern product management best practices.
  • Above-average discipline and personal organization skills.
  • A demonstrated hunger for personal and professional growth.
  • A self-evident love and care for the craft of creating digital experiences

Bonus points if you…

  • Write and/or speak publicly about topics related to product strategy, technology, design, and consumer behavior.
  • Have experience with business or product strategy consulting.
  • Have experience with business development or account management.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
