Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with facilitating HR processes, programs and initiatives in the areas of onboarding, recruitment, benefits administration, reporting and training.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support with the recruitment process including postings jobs, scheduling interviews, updating candidate and requisition activity utilizing Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System.
- Facilitate onboarding including preparing and processing new hire checklists, IT tickets, HR documents and orientation materials.
- Create and maintain HR reports utilizing Paylocity including headcount, hiring and performance management reports.
- Schedule and organize training sessions, compile surveys, and manage recordings in Paylocity.
- Assist with planning and execution of health and wellness benefits as well as other employee programs.
- Manage and maintain electronic employee files, organizational charts, and other HR materials.
- Schedule and maintain summer intern programming calendar.
- Assist with payroll and other ad-hoc projects.
- Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-2 years' experience working within an HR team preferred.
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent judgment and discretion.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel skills.
- Prior experience with HR systems and strong technical aptitude.
- Must be able to effectively handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
