As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in integrating security practices into our DevOps pipeline. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure our applications and infrastructure are secure, scalable, and resilient. Your expertise will help us build and maintain a culture of security awareness and proactive defense.

 

We will provide you with the grounds to succeed, an embracing working environment, and very complex and interesting technical challenges to solve.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Embed security tools, practices, and processes into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure code quality and security,
  • Implement and manage security measures in infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions such as Terraform,
  • Engage in solving real business problems by exploring and building an efficient and scalable infrastructure,
  • Identify and assess security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats; propose mitigation strategies,
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST),
  • Maintain thorough documentation of security practices, processes, and incident response activities,
  • Drive your decisions on data and metrics, constantly measure and enhance

 

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a DevSecOps, DevOps, or Security Engineering role,
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash), and familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud,
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and securing containerized applications,
  • Understanding of Linux systems and networking,
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP ) - GCP is advantageous,
  • Experience with IaC (Terraform)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security) are a plus
  • Experience with security tools such: vulnerability scanners, code scanners, SIEM, CSPM, WAFs and secret management tools is a plus
  • Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills with other teams
