This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, systems thinking, and user experience. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to design high-impact solutions that drive measurable customer and business outcomes.

You will help define product vision, elevate our design standards, and ensure that customer insight meaningfully informs every decision. We are looking for a designer who thrives in complexity, someone who can bring clarity to ambiguity and translate sophisticated workflows into cohesive, human-centered experiences.

You Will: Key Responsibilities & Impact

Design Strategy & Execution:

  • Lead end-to-end design for key product initiatives within the AI Simulation & Governance portfolio, moving projects seamlessly from discovery through delivery.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable user experiences that simplify data-intensive interfaces for enterprise users.
  • Present design rationale and concepts clearly to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment between design vision and business goals.

Research & Validation:

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and ensure customer insights meaningfully inform every product decision.
  • Leverage data and user insights to iterate on existing features, driving a continuous improvement cycle for the Conversational Cloud.

Systems Thinking & Collaboration:

  • Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the entire product ecosystem.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap planning and prioritization, ensuring technical feasibility without compromising on the user experience.
  • Champion accessibility and usability, ensuring all designs meet high standards of inclusivity (WCAG) and industry best practices.

You Have: Required Skills & Qualifications

Professional Experience & Education

  • 5+ years of professional experience in product design, specifically within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (e.g., 8+ years of professional design experience).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced systems thinking and the ability to solve complex, data-heavy architectural problems.

Technical Expertise

  • Deep proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
  • Demonstrable understanding of AI-driven products, specifically regarding how to design for non-deterministic outputs and complex data workflows.
  • Experience with user research methodologies, including synthesizing qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable product insights.

Attributes & Mindset

  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate "the why" behind design choices to both technical and non-technical peers.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving, taking full ownership of initiatives from concept to launch.

The hourly rate for this 6-month fixed-term role is $62.00 – $66.00 USD. Final compensation is based on a combination of factors, including specialized AI design experience, portfolio complexity, and geographic location.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
