Head of Product - Edge Computing

We are seeking a visionary and technically savvy Head of Product to lead our edge computing product strategy and execution. You will own and define how we manage our IoT devices on the edge, our edge to cloud communications and networking, edge inference (AI), and overall technical roadmap for our edge component of our product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. This role requires a deep understanding of edge computing technologies, market trends, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling product offerings.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for edge computing solutions, aligning with company goals and market demands.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide product development.
- Define product vision, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Product Development & Management:
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and release.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Engage with key customers and partners to gather feedback, build relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
- Present product updates, roadmaps, and strategic plans to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on edge computing, IoT device management, or related technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing complex technical products to market and managing their lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of edge computing technologies, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with experience interacting with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, partners, and team members.
