Senior Partner Manager, Alert Response

ABOUT THIS ROLE 

As the Alert Response Program Manager, you will manage our third-party monitoring services and help define an effective alert response strategy and scalable operations that aligns with our customer's needs and expectations. Your expertise in operations, video surveillance, alert response, and partner management will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners. 
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Facilitate regular communication between the LVT and different partners to ensure alignment and mutual goals.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the alert response services.
  • Continuously review and evaluate the performance of third-party partners to ensure they consistently meet our service standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage and oversee all operational aspects of our third-party alert response services, performance evaluations, scalable processes, internal/external reporting and service-level agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in video surveillance technology, monitoring techniques, and industry regulations to drive innovation and maintain compliance.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the monitoring operations.
  • Establish scalable processes among partners and LVT teams for the entire lifecycle of the customer.
  • Cross collaborate with internal teams to identify issues, concerns, challenges and identify solutions to resolve those challenges.
  • Serve as an escalation point for resolving any issues arising from partner integrations or collaborations, ensuring a prompt and effective resolution. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 5+ years experience working with international partners or managing global partnerships.
  • 3+ years managing cross functional teams.
  • Preferred: 3+ years Experience in the security monitoring industry (preferred video vs. burglary/alarm)
  • Preferred: Prior relationships with monitoring partners/companies and a strong understanding of compliance.
  • Must be able to obtain a burglar alarm license
