ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be the driving force behind our compensation and leveling strategies, ensuring that we attract, retain, and motivate top talent through competitive and equitable pay practices. This role demands deep expertise in compensation analysis, compensation modeling, Radford surveys, and compensation data management. You’ll be a key partner to leadership, responsible for the leveling and compensation decisions for all roles within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compensation Modeling & Analysis: Leverage your extensive experience in compensation analysis and data (e.g., Radford) to assess market conditions and advise on competitive base pay, equity, and total compensation packages.
- Leveling & Titling: Own and standardize the leveling and titling system across the organization, ensuring alignment with market data and internal equity.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Partner closely with the VP of Talent Acquisition and other key stakeholders to design processes for role classification, requisition approvals, and offer generation.
- Standardized Pay Ranges: Develop, implement, and maintain standardized pay ranges for base pay and equity across all job functions and families.
- Merit & Reward Programs: Support in building a fair and transparent merit process, ensuring equity in raises, promotions, and reward programs, aligned with role progression.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine compensation structures, taking into account evolving business needs and market trends.
- Cross-Functional Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of various business functions and job families to make data-driven, sound decisions on leveling and compensation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8-10 years of experience in compensation analysis, specializing in compensation modeling, Radford data, and market-based analysis.
- Proven track record in developing base pay, equity, and reward programs.
- Strong financial modeling skills and data analysis for actionable insights.
- Familiarity with global compensation practices and benchmarks.
- Experience standardizing pay structures and leveling systems.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with leadership and teams.
