Content and Campaigns Manager

ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a Content and Campaigns Manager to support our marketing efforts with multi-channel marketing campaigns that address the needs of our prospects and customers across the customer lifecycle. This role's responsibilities include shaping and executing LVT’s content strategy, conceptualizing new content ideas, collaborating with product and sales to develop promotion messaging, and packaging it all together for easily executable campaigns.
If you’re familiar with producing digital content, are creative, love bringing out-of-the-box ideas to fruition, and have an eye for detail, we’d like to meet you. Feel free to share samples of your work or portfolio along with your application. Ultimately, you’ll deliver campaigns that help our sales leaders bring more leads in the door, have better conversations, accelerate deal velocity, and create a customer for life.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize new marketing assets and work with marketing leads to bring those to market
- Collaborate with sales and product leaders to produce assets and messaging for prospects and customers in all of LVT’s verticals
- Generate vertical-specific content and campaigns for LVT and our partners
- Own campaigns with project planning, execution and launch timelines, and reporting
- Optimize campaigns based on results and KPIs
- Lead a team of in-house and freelance writers to execute content goals
- Work with go-to-market teams and internal thought leaders for input and approval
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to create visual content like infographics and videos
- Leverage keyword research and SEO best practices to increase web traffic
- Promote content on social media
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content strategy
- Adhere to all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
- Assist in updating website content as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or related field
- Portfolio of published articles
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Familiarity with web publications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
