ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a data-driven and strategically minded Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our reporting and insights capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for building innovative data products, dashboards, and analytics tools that empower our customers and internal teams and to make informed, data-backed decisions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including data engineering, analytics, design, and business teams to define and deliver a roadmap that transforms raw data into meaningful insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for reporting and insights, aligned with company goals.
  • Define and prioritize product initiatives based on business needs, user feedback, and data-driven insights.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineering, analytics, and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable reporting solutions.
  • Drive the development of intuitive dashboards, self-service tools, and data products that empower users to make informed decisions.
  • Conduct market research and stay current on trends in analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization.
  • Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback and product usage data to inform feature improvements and new opportunities.
  • Maintain a prioritized product backlog and manage trade-offs between technical feasibility, business value, and user impact.
  • Define and track key product metrics to evaluate success and guide continuous optimization.
  • Communicate product plans, updates, and value clearly to internal teams and stakeholders across the business.
  • Act as a champion for data accessibility, usability, and literacy throughout the organization.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across product and cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on data, analytics, or reporting products.
  • Deep understanding of data platforms, business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI), and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Strong technical fluency with data concepts, data modeling, ETL pipelines, and APIs.
  • Experience with structured search or enterprise search, including knowledge of data discoverability, metadata strategy, filtering, and relevance tuning.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, particularly in translating data into meaningful business insights.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, analytics, and design teams in an agile environment.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and deliver high-impact data products that influence key business decisions.
  • A strong customer focus and a passion for empowering others through data and insights.
