ABOUT THIS ROLE 

LVT is seeking a results-driven field marketer with a focus on pipeline generation and acceleration to close annual recurring revenue (ARR). In this role, you’ll be a vital connection between marketing and sales, aligning with sector and vertical sales teams to drive targeted, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that directly impact landing new accounts and expand existing accounts. Your expertise in planning, executing, and managing regional events and ABM campaigns will be instrumental in generating high-quality touchpoints, nurturing relationships, and memorable moments to shorten the sales cycle and accelerate growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Pipeline Creation & Revenue Alignmen
    • Develop and execute field marketing programs that create and accelerate sales pipeline, focusing on high-impact activities that convert prospects and drive closed ARR.
    • Collaborate directly with sector and vertical sales teams to ensure field marketing strategies align with revenue targets, prioritizing pipeline acceleration tactics that lead to faster deal closures.

  2. ABM Campaign Execution & Sales Partnership
    • Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns in close collaboration with Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to create high-quality customer touchpoints.
    • Regularly align with AEs and SDRs on campaign goals and account targeting, using data-driven insights to fine-tune ABM strategies that move high-priority accounts through the pipeline efficiently.

  3. Event Planning for Pipeline Acceleration
    • Take ownership of small to mid-sized events—such as lunch-and-learns, roadshows, and regional tradeshows—strategically positioning these events to maximize pipeline creation and progression through the funnel.
    • Support in executing larger tradeshows and conferences, leveraging these high-visibility opportunities to nurture existing relationships and generate new leads.
  4. Regional Engagement & Lead Nurturing
    • Plan and coordinate regional on-site meetings, customer roadshows, and targeted networking events that foster deeper relationships with prospects and help accelerate them toward closed ARR.
    • Use on-site and virtual experiences to nurture and progress pipeline by customizing event content, presentations, and demos that align with the specific needs of each stage of the buyer journey.

  5. Performance Tracking & ROI Analysis
    • Monitor and report on pipeline metrics and closed ARR influenced by field marketing initiatives, using CRM and marketing automation tools to track lead conversion, pipeline acceleration, and revenue impact.
    • Analyze the ROI of events and campaigns to assess effectiveness, continuously refining strategies to improve outcomes and drive meaningful impact on sales goals.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B field marketing or demand generation, ideally within the technology industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute ABM campaigns and pipeline-focused marketing initiatives that drive closed ARR.
  • Experience planning and managing a variety of regional events and field activities, with a strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
  • Proficient in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Sendoso).
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel depending on event locations.
