- Physical Asset Production: Source and manage vendors for the production of physical assets, including print materials, high-end swag, and large-scale trade show builds.
- Trend Leadership: Serve as the internal authority on design trends, ensuring our visual language remains modern, relevant, and ahead of industry standard.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and executive teams to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-digest visual narratives.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Extensive Design Portfolio: 4+ years of professional career experience with a proven track record in print, packaging, layout, digital ads, and environmental design.
- Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; you are a "ninja" with a mouse or Wacom tablet.
- Media Versatility: Demonstrated comfort and experience designing for a wide array of mediums, from physical trade show booths to high-conversion digital landing pages.
- Modern Tooling: Knowledge of Figma is highly preferred.
- Agency Pedigree: Previous experience in an agency environment is a significant plus, bringing a fast-paced, high-output mentality to the team.
- Bonus Skillsets: Illustration skills and motion graphics capabilities are a major advantage and will be utilized to further elevate our brand storytelling.
