ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and results-driven Event & Lead Generation Coordinator to join our team. This role is unique: you aren't just the architect behind seamless logistics; you are a key driver of our sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the "thrill of the hunt" for new business, and is comfortable spending significant time on the road to ensure our brand presence is felt at every industry gathering.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Event Planning & Execution
- Manage end-to-end logistics for domestic and international events (trade shows, seminars, and corporate activations).
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and shipping partners to ensure all materials arrive on time and within budget.
- Oversee booth setup, teardown, and on-site brand representation.
2. Strategic Lead Generation
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed a predetermined number of qualified leads for every event attended.
- On-site Engagement: Proactively engage with attendees to qualify prospects and capture data using our CRM tools.
- Pre-Event Outreach: Execute "know-before-you-go" campaigns to schedule on-site meetings with high-value targets.
3. Travel & Field Management
- Travel approximately 50% of the time to represent the company at various locations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders while on-site.
- Manage travel bookings and expense reporting with high attention to detail.
4. Post-Event Analysis
- Conduct post-event debriefs to evaluate ROI based on lead quality and cost-per-lead.
- Ensure all captured leads are uploaded to the CRM and handed off to the sales team within 48 hours of event closure.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 2–4 years in event planning, field marketing, or a dual-role involving sales/lead generation.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to "break the ice" with strangers easily.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead-capture apps.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (booth materials).
- Adaptability: A "road warrior" mindset with the flexibility to handle travel delays or last-minute logistical changes with a positive attitude.
