ABOUT THIS ROLE

As the Principal Product Manager for Intelligent Site Management, you will be the visionary architect behind how LVT transforms raw data into high value business outcomes. You will sit at the intersection of hardware, edge computing, and Agentic AI, defining how our agentic orchestration platform serves diverse industries ranging from logistics and retail to advertising and security. This is a high impact individual contributor role where you will partner with our Intelligence and Edge teams that sit at the intersection of hardware, edge computing, and AI to build a cohesive ecosystem that doesn’t just observe the world, but understands and acts upon it in real time.

This role is ideally based out of our Seattle, WA hub to facilitate close collaboration with our engineering and intelligence clusters, though candidates at our American Fork, UT headquarters will also be considered. Periodic travel to HQ or customer sites (up to 20%) may be required.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Define and execute the multi year product strategy for Intelligent Site Management, positioning LVT to be both a security tool and a mission critical operational platform.
  • Edge-to-Cloud Integration: Partner with Edge and Intelligence engineering teams to determine which AI models run on device versus in the cloud to optimize latency, cost, and performance.
  • Cross-Functional Market Alignment: Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to identify and prioritize high value use cases in logistics, marketing, and HR, ensuring our technology solves "burning" business problems.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary interface with enterprise customers to translate complex physical world challenges into scalable technical requirements.
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Lead the product journey from initial discovery and prototyping to global deployment and iterative optimization.
  • Defining Success Metrics: Establish and track KPIs for platform adoption, model accuracy, and ROI for end-users, ensuring our AI delivers tangible, actionable insights.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Stay at the forefront of Computer Vision and Agentic AI trends to ensure LVT maintains its position as the market leader in intelligent site technology.
  • GTM Partnership: Work closely with the revenue teams to develop pricing models and go-to-market strategies for new intelligent features and modules.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Proven AI/ML Expertise: 8+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on Computer Vision, AI at the edge, or IoT platforms.
  • Technical Depth: You are comfortable whiteboarding with edge engineers about hardware constraints while simultaneously discussing business ROI with a Chief Operating Officer.
  • Strategic Generalist: You have the rare ability to see how a single technology—AI-driven site visibility—can solve disparate problems for a Logistics Manager (efficiency) and an HR Director (safety).
  • Execution Powerhouse: You thrive in "scrappy" environments, possessing the bias for action needed to move a product from concept to "in the field" rapidly.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of how to measure the performance of AI models in messy, real-world physical environments.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You can distill complex technical concepts into compelling narratives that motivate internal teams and excite external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and take personal "ownership" of the product’s success and its impact on the company’s bottom line.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred; an MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.

COMPENSATION

The beginning annual salary range for this role is $220,000.00 - $260,000.00 USD and is determined by location, job-related experience, and education/training. Your total earning potential is amplified by a bonus structure tied to meeting goals, and you will become an owner from day one through our employee equity program.

BENEFITS

We believe you do your best work when your whole life is supported. We invest in our crew’s health, families, and financial futures with a benefits package designed to support you inside and outside the office.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
