ABOUT THIS ROLE
As an Named Accounts Manager, you will drive revenue growth within LVT’s highest-value, most strategic enterprise prospects. This is an elite individual contributor role reserved for elite hunters who excel at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within Fortune 1000 organizations. You will own the entire sales lifecycle—from initial strategic outreach to closing transformative, multi-million-dollar agreements—ensuring our AI-driven solutions are integrated into our clients' core operations.
This role is based in-office out of our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah, and requires approximately 25% travel to engage with key stakeholders and secure critical business in the field.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Revenue Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed sophisticated annual quota targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing net-new business within an assigned portfolio of Named Accounts.

Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Lead enterprise-wide sales initiatives, managing complex procurement, legal, and technical evaluations while successfully alignment with various business units.

Strategic Account Mapping: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to map out decision-makers, understand operational pain points, and position LVT as a mission-critical solution.

C-Suite Engagement: Establish trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, effectively communicating the operational and financial ROI of LVT's Agentic AI and hardware platform.

Forecasting Precision: Maintain a meticulous, data-driven sales pipeline within Salesforce, providing executive leadership with highly accurate forecasting and strategic market insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure complex technical requirements are met and seamless deployment strategies are established.

Market Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on intelligent site technology, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor landscapes to maintain LVT's competitive edge.

Enterprise Sales Mastery: 7+ years of proven success in enterprise-level software, IoT, or advanced technology sales, with a documented track record of closing large-scale, six- and seven-figure deals.

Elite Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated expertise in breaking into net-new, Fortune 1000 accounts and expanding footprints within highly complex corporate structures.

Strategic & Analytical Thinker: Ability to dissect a prospect’s business model, identify operational friction points, and craft bespoke, value-driven solutions.

Master Communicator: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a polished presence capable of commanding C-suite and board-level rooms.

Tech-Fluent & Process-Driven: Proficient in leveraging CRM data (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales enablement tools to systematically manage and accelerate pipeline velocity.

Entrepreneurial Grit: A "scrappy," resilient, and innovative mindset that aligns with LVT's culture of hands-on problem-solving and rapid scaling.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

The beginning annual on-target earnings (base salary + variable) range for this role is $300,000 - $400,000 USD and is determined by location, job-related experience, and education/training. You will become an owner from day one through our employee equity program.
