ABOUT THIS ROLE
LVT is seeking a highly autonomous Warehouse Coordinator to serve as the solo operational anchor for our California warehouse facility. In this critical, individual contributor role, you will completely own the end-to-end parts lifecycle—from initial kitting and hands-on assembly to final packing and distribution. As a one-person operation reporting into our broader regional network, you will manage day-to-day warehouse logistics with extreme ownership, ensuring our regional field teams and customers receive the exact components they need without delay.
This role is based 100% on-site at our warehouse facility in California and requires consistent daily attendance. Minimal travel may be required for initial training or network alignment.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-End Order Fulfillment: Independently pick, pack, and process daily parts shipments through major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) ensuring flawless data entry in our ERP/Sales tracking systems.
- Kitting & Assembly: Efficiently build, configure, and assemble technical parts and multi-component kits to exact technical standards, preparing them for immediate, seamless installation in the field.
- Autonomous Inventory Management: Drive strict inventory control by updating stock counts, performing cycle counts, conducting audits, and flagging raw material shortages before they impact operations.
- Hardware Configuration: Validate and configure specific hardware components to ensure proper communication with LVT’s core software platforms prior to distribution.
- Warehouse Self-Management: Maintain absolute organizational excellence, safety compliance, and cleanliness across the local warehouse space, acting as the sole point of contact for the facility.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the direct on-site liaison to the broader LVT supply chain network, providing clear updates on order throughput, backorders, and local log jams.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect all incoming raw parts and outgoing shipments to uphold LVT's high standards of hardware reliability and customer satisfaction.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Proven Autonomy: 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, parts coordination, or inventory management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully running a facility solo.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong hands-on mechanical and technical capability, comfortable assembling complex component kits and performing basic computer/hardware configurations.
- Systems Proficiency: Experience working within modern ERP, CRM, or specialized Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and ship orders accurately.
- Extreme Ownership: A self-starting professional who thrives without direct, daily on-site supervision and treats the warehouse facility with a high degree of accountability.
- Meticulous Organization: Exceptional attention to detail, maintaining order accuracy and pristine inventory records even during peak shipping cycles.
- Clear Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote managers, logistical partners, and corporate teams.\
- Background Screening: Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act and applicable local ordinances, any employer-mandated background checks or criminal history reviews will only be conducted after a conditional offer of employment has been made. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in a manner consistent with the requirements of the California Fair Chance Act and other applicable local and state laws.
- Drug Testing: Position is subject to a post-offer, pre-employment controlled substances drug screen conducted in compliance with Federal DOT regulations.
- Physical Demands: Physical agility to bend, kneel, reach, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs. of physical equipment or parts.
