The reason behind the role… We are seeking a highly autonomous, results-driven, action-oriented individual to lead and scale our marketing operations. This newly created role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives as the company grows, driving a meaningful impact on one of our largest and fastest-growing business units.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager.

You will...
- Own the development of the marketing operations program for the newly merged business, providing a unique opportunity to shape the future of marketing operations for a growing organization.
- Lead the integration and alignment of marketing operations infrastructure between the merged companies to create a cohesive, efficient, data-rich framework.
- Own the marketing technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), establishing seamless integration, data hygiene, and high utilization.
- Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to increase the effectiveness and scalability of marketing activities.
- Oversee the technical execution and standardization of marketing campaigns, including email automation, webinars, and digital ads, while maintaining compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including events, demand generation, and product marketing, directing successful campaign execution and lead handoff.
- Lead large-scale projects involving multiple GTM teams, ensuring timely delivery with strong project management skills.
- Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards & provide robust analyses yielding actionable insights for stakeholders to inform marketing strategies.
Does this sound like you?
- 5-8+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on automation and analytics.
- Extensive experience in managing and optimizing HubSpot and Salesforce, including integration, automation, and data management to support marketing operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and storytelling, with a deep understanding of attribution models and marketing reporting best practices.
- Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
A few ways to stand out, but not required
- Previous experience working for a SaaS startup, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and managing corporate integrations, effectively aligning processes, tools, and teams during periods of transition.
- Hands-on experience with Pardot, including setting up and managing campaigns, automation rules, and lead nurturing processes.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Looker, or Tableau, with the ability to build insightful dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Demonstrated interest and aptitude in utilizing large language models, or other AI platforms to enhance go-to-market (GTM) processes, showcasing innovative thinking in marketing operations.
