The reason behind the role… The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales goals and managing the complete sales cycle. With a "hunter" mentality, the ideal candidate will excel in self-generating leads and building strong, lasting customer relationships within their assigned accounts. They will thrive on challenges, leveraging their grit to overcome obstacles and exceed expectations, while identifying opportunities to grow Greenius' impact in the green industry. They will develop strategy with help to cross-sell Greenius to both SingleOps and LMN customers. 

Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, we are looking for a Sales Executive - Greenius.

Location: Remote! 

You will... 

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and quotas, managing the full sales cycle.
  • Display a “hunter” mindset by proactively generating leads and prospects in the assigned territory.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell within assigned markets.
  • Represent LMN/SingleOps/Greenius with integrity and enthusiasm, promoting its values and mission.
  • Stay informed on product updates, company policies, and industry trends to provide exceptional client service.
  • Actively participate in performance appraisals, team meetings, and self-assessments.
  • Attend relevant training, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve sales strategies.
  • Own individual and departmental goals, and work diligently to achieve them.

Does this sound like you? 

  • Postsecondary education in a related field is an asset.
  • 2–5 years of proven success in sales roles, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, accountability, curiosity and collaboration.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legally entitled to travel between Canada and the United States.
