The reason behind the role...

We're looking for a talented Senior Designer to lead creative initiatives across our family of brands. In this role, you'll develop and maintain cohesive visual identities while creating compelling designs that communicate our value to landscape and outdoor service professionals across multiple channels and touchpoints.

Location: Remote! 

You will...

  • Create visually striking designs across digital platforms, print materials, and physical spaces that strengthen our brand identities
  • Design and maintain consistent UI/UX elements for websites, landing pages, emails, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of templates that enable the marketing team to efficiently produce high-volume content with brand consistency
  • Train and empower marketing team members to effectively utilize design templates and brand assets
  • Develop print collateral including brochures, sell sheets, case studies, and other marketing materials
  • Create engaging designs for physical assets including tradeshow booths, conference signage, banners, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand objectives and translate them into effective visual communications
  • Establish and maintain brand guidelines that ensure visual consistency across all three product lines
  • Manage design projects from concept to completion, including working with external vendors for production
  • Stay current on design trends and best practices in SaaS and B2B marketing

In This Role, The Ideal Candidate Will…

  • 5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, and environmental design
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proven experience creating scalable design systems and template libraries that maintain brand integrity
  • Strong ability to develop user-friendly templates for various marketing channels that non-designers can successfully implement
  • Experience designing for web, mobile interfaces, and responsive layouts
  • Proven ability to create cohesive designs for physical spaces, including tradeshow booths, signage, and environmental graphics
  • Strong print design skills and understanding of print production processes
  • Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills
  • Experience maintaining and evolving brand guidelines
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

A few ways to stand out, but not required...

  • Experience working with SaaS or B2B technology companies
  • Familiarity with the landscape, lawn care, or outdoor services industry
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
  • Experience with design tools that facilitate template creation and usage (Adobe CC, Canva Pro, Figma)
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to teach design principles to non-designers
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and design for digital platforms
  • Experience with motion graphics and video production a plus
  • Collaborative problem-solver who can work effectively across departments
  • Self-motivated with excellent project management abilities
