THE ROLE

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team at Localcoin. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging brand visuals and marketing content that support our campaigns across digital and social channels. You’ll also take ownership of our social media presence, helping plan, design, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and reddit to drive brand awareness and engagement.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality assets that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. From concept to execution, your work will help shape how Localcoin shows up in the world—visually and creatively.

This position reports to the Director of Marketing and is based out of our Etobicoke office, with a hybrid work schedule.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Design brand assets, campaign visuals, and marketing collateral (60%)
  • Create, adapt and moderate content for Instagram, LinkedIn, reddit, and other social channels (40%)
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure aligned messaging
  • Translate briefs into impactful visual concepts for both paid and organic campaigns
  • Maintain and evolve brand identity across digital touchpoints
  • Support asset organization and delivery workflows

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or content creation
  • Mastery of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong portfolio that showcases brand, campaign, and social media work
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing assets (email, ads, web, etc.)
  • Experience designing content for various social media platforms 


NICE TO HAVE

  • Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Adobe Firefly
  • Experience with video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
  • Interest in crypto, fintech, or Web3 industries
