At its core, Localcoin believes that everyone should be able to own cryptocurrency and have a deep understanding of blockchain technology. As a member of our rapidly growing team, you'll join a talented, dynamic group of team members who will encourage you to learn, grow and thrive in your career every step of the way. If you're a self-starter looking to hone your skills in a startup environment that fosters innovation, transparency and team connectivity, we look forward to hearing from you!

THE ROLE

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll lead SEM and digital marketing initiatives, analyze campaign data, and work with teams to launch new products . You'll manage online marketing strategies across multiple verticals and markets, including Google Ads, and ensure optimal use of digital advertising platforms. This role requires a blend of technical skills and analytics, with a creative and data-driven approach. Experience in digital marketing or agency settings is beneficial. The role offers a competitive salary, health benefits, a hybrid work environment, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative team culture. This position will be based out of our office in Etobicoke, ON, and will have a hybrid work schedule.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

● Find the growth levers – Dig into funnel data, market trends, and customer behavior to figure out where the real opportunities are.

● Test, learn, scale – Build experiments across ads, landing pages, and offline marketing assets. Double down on what works, optimize what doesn’t.

● Run multi-channel campaigns – Own execution across paid search, social, SEO, affiliate, offline, and content. Make them work together, not in silos.

● Optimize with numbers – Track CAC, LTV, conversion, coupon resumption. Pull insights, act fast, and keep improving.

● Work cross-functionally – Align with Product, Engineering, Sales, and operations so growth isn’t just a marketing silo—it’s baked into the roadmap.

● Spot what’s next – Always testing new channels and tactics—AI tools, influencer loops, automation—pilot first, then scale.

● Own reporting – Build dashboards, share what matters, and communicate results like an operator, not just a marketer.

● Stay sharp – Be the one who already knows what’s changed in-platform, what tool is worth testing, and what trend is actually worth chasing.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

● Proven growth track record – Has actually driven acquisition, conversion, and retention. No theory—real numbers, real scale.
● A/B testing and CRO mastery – Can build a test, run it, read it, and know what to kill or scale. No guesswork.
● Digital marketing acumen – Paid search, social, SEO, influencer—knows what works, what doesn’t, and why.
● Regulatory agility – Can navigate the minefield that is crypto and finance ad compliance. Doesn’t need handholding.
● Data-first decision-maker – Every move backed by data. Hypotheses, experiments, results, iteration.
● Lifelong learner – Stays ahead of platform changes, new channels, AI trends—because they want to, not because they have to.
● Creative-meets-analytical mindset – Can come up with the big idea and prove it works. Knows how to balance brand and performance.
● Sharp attention to detail – Nothing gets missed. Not in copy, targeting, UTMs, or reporting. Tight execution, every time.

WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT US

● Competitive Salary & Benefits – We value and reward our team members.
● Hybrid Work Environment – Enjoy flexibility while being part of a dynamic team.
● Professional Development – Opportunities for learning and growth.
● Team Culture & Events – Regular socials, team meetings, and collaborative workspaces.
● Impactful Work – Play a key role in a growing company and make a real difference.

Form CC-305

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
