Job Title: Director, Revenue Operations
Location: Remote - US Only
Country: United States
Department: Revenue Operations
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $175,000
Job Summary:
First Due is building the systems foundation that will power our next stage of growth, and we're looking for a Director, Revenue Operations to help maintain it. This role owns the architecture and long-term strategy for our core revenue systems stack — Salesforce, MonetizeNow (CPQ), NetSuite, and others.
You'll build a systems function that Sales, Finance, and Customer Success can rely on: real-time, trustworthy data; automated workflows; and a scalable model for public-sector and reseller procurement. You'll lead a growing team, set the technical roadmap for our revenue stack, and be a close strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership as First Due expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the long-term architecture and roadmap for Salesforce, MonetizeNow (CPQ), and our broader revenue systems stack — designing for scale, not just fixing what's in front of you.
- Build a best-in-class quote-to-cash engine that lets Sales close deals faster and lets Finance trust the data the moment it lands, across CRM, CPQ, and ERP.
- Design the data governance model and automation standards that keep pipeline, quoting, and revenue data clean by default
- Create a scalable, repeatable systems framework for public-sector and reseller procurement that can flex as First Due adds new partners and products
- Build forward-looking pipeline and forecasting infrastructure — coverage models, bookings tracking, and reporting that gives leadership a real-time view of the business.
- Hire, develop, and grow a high-performing Revenue Operations team, building the systems muscle First Due will need at 2x and 5x scale.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Contracts leadership to design the processes and platform decisions that will define how First Due operates for years to come.
- Serve as the strategic systems voice in planning cycles, M&A/integration scenarios, and platform evaluations as the business grows.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM/systems leadership, with required experience at a SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI into GTM systems and workflows (e.g., AI-driven data enrichment, forecasting, quote/deal automation, or agentic tooling within Salesforce, CPQ, or adjacent platforms)
- A track record of designing scalable systems and processes, not just resolving issues as they arise — you think in roadmaps, not tickets.
- Experience building pipeline, quota, and coverage reporting models that inform executive decision-making.
- Strong data analysis skills (SQL or equivalent query experience across CRM/ERP datasets).
- Prior people-management experience, with a genuine interest in building and scaling a team.
- A structured, forward-thinking communication style — comfortable presenting a vision and roadmap to executive stakeholders, not just a status update.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep, hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration expertise; experience with a CPQ platform (MonetizeNow or similar) strongly preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite.
- Experience with public-sector or GovTech procurement processes (GSA Schedule, cooperative purchasing vehicles) is a plus.
