Georgian Dental Barrie is hiring a Full-Time Dental Hygiene Coordinator to support and grow our hygiene program.

📍 149 Bayfield Street | Bayfield & Wellington

• $25–$32/hour, based on experience

• Monday–Friday | One Saturday per month

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8 a.m.–4 p.m.

• Wednesday: 11 a.m.–7 p.m.

• One Saturday per month: 8 a.m.–3 p.m.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the hygiene schedule

• Coordinate recalls, reappointments and patient follow-up

• Build strong patient relationships and support ongoing care

• Coordinate hygiene treatment and follow-up

• Work closely with hygienists, dentists and the administrative team

The ideal candidate:

• Dental office experience in hygiene coordination, treatment coordination or administration

• Strong understanding of dental hygiene services

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Confident, proactive and patient-focused

• Experience with hygiene reactivation or treatment coordination is an asset
