
Finance Analyst
This position will be based in our Stamford, CT office with the opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days per week.

Summary: The Finance Analyst is responsible for developing and enhancing complex financial models and reporting tools. This role involves conducting in-depth financial analysis, supporting continuous process improvements, and delivering actionable insights to internal teams and leadership. The person in this role effectively communicates and collaborates with account teams and provides training on best practices. Success in this role requires strong analytical and communication skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing relationships across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance complex financial models, reporting templates, and processes to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement of financial processes and infrastructure
- Analyze and translate financial data reviews into actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership and support internal account teams.
- Ensure expectations are met for internal and client reporting processes by maintaining ongoing communication with account team members, and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Provide training where necessary to ensure best practices are followed.
- Assist in preparing presentations for internal stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field required.
Professional Skills and Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or related role; agency experience is a plus.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills;
- Familiarity with BI tools (especially PowerBI) is a plus
